Welcome to ArtoFire. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted artisanal goods, including ceramics and candles. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, ArtoFire and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website.
2. Product Information
Our ceramics and candles are handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, minor variations in color, size, and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. ArtoFire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which ArtoFire operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in said state for the resolution of any disputes.
