Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted. During launches, restocks, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, ArtOFire currently offers shipping to select international locations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, shipping times and delivery issues are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still need help, feel free to reach out.
Returns & Damages
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, all sales are final due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at kristen@artofire.com.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at kristen@artofire.com and include:

If approved, we may offer a replacement, shop credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Not always. Many ArtOFire pieces are handmade, so slight variation in glaze, texture, finish, shape, scent, or appearance is part of the nature of the work and what makes each piece unique.
Candles
What kind of wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using soy wax in small batches.
How should I care for my candle?
For the best burn:

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn

Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges during the first burn to help prevent tunneling

Burn for 2–4 hours at a time

Always place on a heat-safe surface

Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials

Never leave a burning candle unattended
How long will my candle burn?
Burn time will vary slightly by fragrance and environment, but our 8 oz candles typically burn approximately 40–50 hours.
Why does my candle look slightly different from another one?
Because each candle is hand-poured, small natural differences may occur from batch to batch. Minor variation in wax appearance, scent throw, or finish is normal.
Ceramics
Are your ceramics handmade?
Yes. Our ceramic pieces are handmade in small batches, and each piece will have its own subtle variation in shape, glaze, texture, and finish.
Are your ceramics food safe?
Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, functional ceramic pieces are intended for everyday use. If a piece is decorative or not recommended for food use, it will be clearly stated in the listing.
Can I put your ceramics in the microwave or dishwasher?
Care instructions may vary by piece and glaze finish. For longest life, gentle hand washing is recommended, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Flower Essences
What are flower essences?
Flower essences are subtle botanical preparations traditionally used for personal, emotional, and spiritual support.
How do I use flower essences?
Use instructions will be listed on each product page or packaging. Many people incorporate flower essences into their daily routines as a quiet supportive practice.
Are flower essences medicine?
No. Flower essence products offered by ArtOFire are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.
Can I return flower essence products?
Due to the personal nature of these products, flower essences are non-returnable and non-refundable.
