Returns & Damages

Do you accept returns or exchanges? At this time, all sales are final due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at kristen@artofire.com.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at kristen@artofire.com and include: - your order number - a brief description of the issue - clear photos of the item and packaging If approved, we may offer a replacement, shop credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Not always. Many ArtOFire pieces are handmade, so slight variation in glaze, texture, finish, shape, scent, or appearance is part of the nature of the work and what makes each piece unique.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
